By registering, accessing, or using any services provided by pgkuda through the website pgkuda.ws, you hereby agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and pgkuda ("Platform", "Us").
If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use pgkuda's services. By continuing to use the platform after any changes to these Terms, you will be deemed to have automatically accepted the latest version.
The official language governing these Terms & Conditions is Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation into another language, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail as the definitive reference.
To register and use pgkuda's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
- You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity, and not as a representative of any business entity for risk-taking purposes.
- You are not on any exclusion or restriction list issued by relevant authorities.
- You are not subject to any bankruptcy order officially declared by a court.
- This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
Pgkuda reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for age and identity verification purposes (KYC – Know Your Customer). Accepted documents include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or other official government-issued identification recognised by the Malaysian authorities.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at pgkuda. Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity is a serious violation that may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balance.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pgkuda recommends that you:
- Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your pgkuda account settings.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
- Contact pgkuda support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Account Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to personal information must be updated within 14 days via the account profile section or by contacting pgkuda customer support.

All deposits must be made from an account or payment instrument registered in your own name. pgkuda does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to be linked to illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension and a report to the relevant authorities.
Pgkuda is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment instrument registered in the same name as the pgkuda account holder.

- Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes during banking hours (8 AM – 10 PM MYT)
- Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours will be processed in the next available session
- Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account's KYC verification level
Bonus Withdrawal Terms
Before withdrawing any funds associated with a bonus or promotion, members must fulfil the rollover requirement (wagering requirement) specified for each bonus. The rollover requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page. Failure to meet the rollover requirement will not prevent you from withdrawing your original deposit.
Pgkuda offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and eligibility criteria as stated on the respective promotions page.
General Terms for All pgkuda Bonuses
- Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to any other party.
- Pgkuda reserves the right to void any bonus that has been misused or obtained through illegitimate means.
- All bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Cash bonus value cannot be directly converted to game credits unless otherwise stated.
- Participation in more than one promotion at the same time may not be permitted — please check the terms of each promotion separately.

General Betting Rules
- All bets are final once the bet slip has been confirmed by the pgkuda system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
- The minimum bet for most markets is RM 1. Maximum limits vary by market type and match.
- Pgkuda reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or void any bet suspected of involving match-fixing or insider information.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be refunded to the account balance unless otherwise stated in the relevant market rules.
- Odds displayed are valid at the time a bet is placed. pgkuda is not liable for any odds discrepancies arising from network delays.
In-Play / Live Betting
Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules. pgkuda reserves the right to temporarily suspend in-play markets to prevent the unfair use of information during critical moments in a match. pgkuda's system decisions on in-play betting are final.

Casino Game Terms
- The outcome of all casino games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.

Responsible Betting Tools Provided by pgkuda
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time, but increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.

Pgkuda reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Detection or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or account updates.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Use of automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Threats, abuse, or disrespectful behaviour directed at pgkuda staff.
Post-Suspension Procedure
Once an account is suspended, pgkuda will conduct an investigation within 14 business days. If the investigation confirms no violation has occurred, the account will be reinstated and all balances returned. If a violation is confirmed, balances associated with fraudulent activity or the breach will be forfeited. Legitimate balances may be returned at pgkuda's discretion and in accordance with legal requirements.
Pgkuda provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to keep the platform running without interruption 24/7, we cannot guarantee freedom from technical disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
Pgkuda Liability Limits
- Pgkuda is not liable for any losses arising from technical outages, internet disruptions, or third-party software failures.
- Pgkuda is not liable for any betting outcomes that have been officially confirmed by the system, even in the event of an error in input by the member.
- Pgkuda's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
