Logging in to your pgkuda account is simple, fast, and secure. Our platform offers three ways to sign in — using your email address, Malaysia phone number, or the username you chose during registration. Pick whichever method works best for you.
How to Log In to Your pgkuda Account
To log in, simply enter your email address (or Malaysia phone number or username) along with the password you set during registration, then click the "Log In Now" button. If your credentials are correct, you'll be taken straight to your pgkuda account dashboard within seconds.
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled in your account settings, an extra step will appear — a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your phone number or email. Enter the code to complete the login process. The 2FA feature is an added layer of security that we strongly recommend for all pgkuda members.
Forgot Your pgkuda Account Password?
Forgot your password? Don't worry — recovery is straightforward. Click the "Forgot password?" link on this login page, enter your registered email address or phone number, and pgkuda will send you a recovery link or code. Follow the instructions provided to set a new password and log back in to your account.
Helpful Tip: If you use the "Remember Me" feature on your personal device, pgkuda will keep your login session active for up to 30 days. This means you won't need to re-enter your password every time — handy for players who regularly access the platform from the same device.
Pgkuda Account Security Tips
Your account security is a shared responsibility between pgkuda and you. Here are the best practices we recommend for all pgkuda Malaysia members:
- Use a strong, unique password — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. This is the most effective layer of protection against unauthorised access.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or pgkuda support staff (we will never ask for your password).
- If you're using a public computer or someone else's device, make sure you log out fully when you're done and do not enable the "Remember Me" feature.
- Periodically check your email or SMS for account activity notifications. If you receive a login alert for something you didn't do, contact pgkuda support immediately.
Security Notice: pgkuda will never contact you through any channel to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from pgkuda, it is a phishing attempt. Please contact support@pgkuda.ws to report it.
